Dentist - Full-time / Part-time

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Dentist (DDS/DMD)

• $165,000+ base salary determined by experience 
  • 16% of net collections 
• Comprehensive benefits and lab fees covered
• 401K with match 
• 4 weeks of PTO plus holidays

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Dentist (DDS/DMD)

• Established Non-For-Profit Independent facility
• 10-15 patients a day on average - All ages
• EHR: OpenDental
• 4 day work week 

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Dentist (DDS/DMD)

• Open to Interim and Locums if engaged and committed with oral surgery experience 
• DDS/DMD or GPR
• H1B sponsorship available 
• Anesthesia certification not required

• 1 hour from Fargo, ND and 2 hours and 30 min from Minneapolis, MN
