Nurse Manager (RN) C8 Intensive Care Unit - Full-time / Part-time

JOB SUMMARY

The manager is responsible for assisting the Director of Patient Care in defining, planning, developing, implementing and evaluating the philosophy and objectives for their designated areas to insure the optimal delivery in care and services to all patients in an environment that promotes professional development and continues to assure financial viability. The primary goal is the delivery of competent, efficient and cost effective care.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Bachelors Degree in Nursing .

Current and active NJ Registered Nurse Licensure

BLS Health Care Provider Certification

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum two (2 ) years supervisory/leadership experience

Goal and outcome oriented

Strong Leadership skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Successful completion of NBIMC Orientation
