Parker Tide is a veteran-owned, small business in DC. We serve as a value-added partner to the government. We are seeking an EEO Program Analyst to work with one of our DC clients. Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree with 10 years' experience Period / Place of Performance One year with an option to extend. Work hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with a half-hour lunch break. Telework is available with COR approval (onsite about twice per month) Overtime may be required under this contract. Salary: Depends on Experience Required Knowledge and Skills (EEO Title VII Internal Program Analyst) * Gather, evaluate, and interpret information and data to arrive at valid conclusions and offer meaningful recommendations. * Communicate effectively, negotiate complex issues, and maintain good working relations. * Knowledge of 29 CFR 1614, CFR Title 5, EEO, and MD-715 Model Workplace guidance. * Proficiency of MS Teams, Zoom, Ring Central, Microsoft Suite and Adobe Acrobat. Duties * Provide support to ADR programs, EEO support training, and Special Emphasis Programs. * Schedule meetings, work on different virtual platforms, filing, typing, copying, and scanning. * Identify the need for planning, organizing/filing, tracking/recording data and conducting analytical studies based on examination of the program needs. * Represent program at meetings as member of working groups to complete program tasks. * Prepare reports, presentations, report analysis, and summaries for the Lead and other staff. * Manage pre-complaint EEO /ADR programs that comply with MD-110 and EEOC guidance. * Assign EEO counselors within 5 calendar days of initial contact 90 percent of time. * Pre-complaints are monitored so that Counselor complies with all pre-complaint procedures. * Review Counselor report to ensure accuracy and completeness. * Provide Counselor with assistance and performance feedback. * Set up ADR within 2-weeks of approval of ADR from the Civil Rights Director. * Conduct ADR/mediation intake sessions with management /staff. * Complete reports/requests: EEO Investigator ROI, EEOC Form 462, FEORP, Plan for Minority Serving Institutions, Annual Performance, MD-715, EO 12250, Age Discrimination Act of 1975, No Fear Act, and Office of Civil Rights Scorecard. * Draft policies, letters, memoranda, settlement agreements etc. to accomplish mission. * Conduct and/or participate special emphasis programs and outreach assignments for the FEORP plan and/or Special Emphasis Program (SEP) Eos. * Implement SEP and/or Strategic Plan outreach activities. * Conduct annual EEO trainings on EEO/employee orientation for managers or staff. * Provide trend information to the Civil Rights Director for potential training modules. * Promotes a Model EEO Program that is free of hostile, offensive, or abusive behaviors.
