Job Description Roles and Responsibilities In this role, you will: * Work closely with the scrum team to drive, implement and maintain validation tests for a Medical Device in an agile environment. * Understand and provide input around labor and delivery workflows. * Recommend and implement improvements. Interpret requirements for testability and ensure coverage in test case design. * Actively participate in Design Failure Mode Analysis and Use Failure Mode Analysis. * Assess impact of design changes to determine optimal level of testing. Understand and apply principles of SDLC and methodologies such as Lean/Agile/XP, Documentation Practices, and Testing Techniques. * Work with team to define and configure test environments that mimic a clinical setting. * Collaborate with Product Management and UX teams on Formative and Summative test initiatives. * Work with fellow team members to diagnose bugs and formulate solutions. Drive test strategies, testing best practices and ensure solution is of the highest quality. * Ensure proper analysis and documentation of test results. * Ensure all testing deliverables are of high quality and compliant. Required Qualification * Bachelor's degree in Nursing * 4 years of clinical L&D experience * 4 years of experience in NICHD fetal strip interpretation * 2 years of experience as a Charge nurse * Working knowledge of word and excel (or equivalent tools) * 2 years of experience with Information Technologies and clinical system configuration * Willingness to learn new concepts, testing best practices and software development * Working knowledge of Perinatal IT solutions * Knowledge of Agile development methodologies While GE HealthCare does not currently require U.S. employees to be vaccinated against COVID-19, some GE HealthCare customers have vaccination mandates that may apply to certain GE HealthCare employees.
