This position is responsible for providing friendly, efficient, courteous service to all guests of the Hershey Country Club.
This is a seasonal position available through October. The working schedule for this position may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs.
Job Functions:
- Greeting guests.
- Handling all cash, credit card, transactions; performing shop opening and closing duties.
- Exhibiting thorough product knowledge and upselling techniques to guests.
- Answering telephone in a professional manner.
- Inspecting merchandise to insure quality prior to sale.
- Following safety and cleanliness standards.
- Scheduling start times for golfers and performing other duties as assigned.
