A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR:

Our club in Atlanta, Georgia is seeking to hire a full-time casual restaurant supervisor. You help to ensure the highest standards in appearance, hospitality and service for staff and cleanliness of restaurant while ensuring the timeliness of food and beverage service. You assist in the supervision and training of all restaurant staff. You are careful in how you help to supervise the department's budget, while you help to develop and implement programs to increase revenues through repeat business and higher check averages.


You are precise in floor plan designs matching to daily reservations. You anticipate set-ups based on guest counts and member requests. Taking pride in your bar and dining area, you are conscientious about staff adhering to health codes and cleaning procedures as well as completing side work. You enjoy having our beautiful grounds and facilities as a backdrop for your work and get great satisfaction out of helping our members and their guests have a great dining experience!


WORK SCHEDULE:

This full-time supervisor position requires working variable shifts including weekends and holidays We serve lunch from 10:30 AM - 3:00 PM and dinner from 4:30 PM - 10:15 PM.

Requirements:
  • 18 years or older (to serve alcohol)
  • One+ years of dining room supervisory experience
  • At least a two-year college degree in hospitality, business or related preferred
  • Private club knowledge is required and experience is a plus
  • Exceptional customer service skills

Experience in a country club environment as a supervisor and food & beverage knowledge are highly desirable but multiple factors will be taken into consideration.
