Key Job Responsibility:
- Interpreting conversations (via telephone calls) for individuals with limited English language skills. Content may be sensitive in nature and can vary throughout industries such as Healthcare, Insurance, Financial, Law Enforcement and others.

The successful candidate requirements:
- Fluent in the English and Mandarin languages
- 18 years of age or older
- Working a fixed weekly schedule – minimum of 30 hours for part tiem and 37.5 – 40 hours for full time preferred
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- Have a stable/fast internet connection and smart phone with current updates
- Candidates should be prepared to start without any planned absences for at least the first 450 hours worked
- General knowledge of medical terminologies is an asset
- Home-work environment must be quiet, secure, and interruption free
