Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Little Falls, MN (2023-2024 School Year) Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the 2023-2024 school year in Little Falls, MN. As an SLP, you will play a vital role in helping students overcome communication and language challenges, ensuring their academic success and overall well-being. Responsibilities: * Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students' speech and language abilities. * Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication disorders and facilitate their progress. * Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings. * Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social development. * Monitor and document students' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed. * Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings and provide input on students' goals and accommodations. * Stay up to date with the latest research and best practices in speech-language pathology. Qualifications: * Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. * Current license or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in the state of Minnesota. * Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred. * Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in an educational setting. * Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders, assessment techniques, and intervention strategies. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues. * Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. * Flexibility and adaptability to meet the individual needs of students.
