Warehouse Associate - Full-time / Part-time

The Elements at Prairie Trail The Elements is looking for a reliable and pro-active backroom coordinator who can provide exceptional customer service by transporting furniture and accessories into clients' homes and businesses in a safe and efficient manner. This position is an essential part of our team in delivering a superior customer experience. * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday Supplemental pay types: * Tips Job Skills & Responsibilities * Lift, bend, and twist merchandise up to 50-100 lbs. * Capability to drive a box truck, SUV and trailer required * Unload and unbox freight from delivery trucks * Receive merchandise and enter into data management software * Pack, load, and secure merchandise * Unload merchandise from vehicle/trailer into clients' homes and businesses * Courteous and customer focused to ensure upmost customer satisfaction * Use a variety of tools and equipment * Ability to hang and secure items to the wall * Follow all operational and safety procedures * Flexibility to adjust to daily variations in schedule * Possession of or ability to obtain driver's license and maintain a safe driving record * Responsible for communicating and resolving any customer concerns as they should arise * Provides feedback to management regarding efficiencies, safety, productivity, etc.
