BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Needed in Salinas, CA - School Setting Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking a talented and dedicated BCBA to join a school near Salinas, CA. This is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of students with special needs while working in a supportive and collaborative environment. Responsibilities: * Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students with special needs * Provide direct supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff members * Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to implement evidence-based behavioral interventions * Conduct ongoing data collection and analysis to monitor student progress and make necessary adjustments to behavior plans * Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide input regarding students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Requirements: * Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification * Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, or related field * Previous experience working as a BCBA in a school or clinical setting * Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and techniques * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills We offer a competitive hourly pay rate commensurate with experience and qualifications.
