Key Role: Prepare and c ond uct defense and military analysis in support of a DoD client. C ond uct general research to support warfighting disciplines, COA analysis, strategy development, and organizational processes or procedures. Support government-led studies and analysis on all aspects of the defense enterprise relevant to major acquisition and force design decisions. Support the design, execution, and delivery of analytic tasks asso cia ted with wargames, simulations, and tabletop exercises, including the shaping of objectives, crafting of wargaming constructs, authoring of scenarios, facilitation of participant discussions, and authoring of after-action reports and briefings. Brief senior-level government leadership on study findings. Basic Qualifications: * Experience with wargaming or supporting and c ond ucting formal research * Experience with data science, operations research, or modeling and simulation tools and methods * Ability to learn and apply new methods, as required by the analysis * Ability to obtain a security clearance * Bachelor's degree Additional Qualifications: * Ability to demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving * Master's degree a plus Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
