Job Purpose:
Coordinators play an essential role in the overall success of the client relationship. The coordinators are responsible for completing each client’s work order successfully by using written and oral communication skills, effectively applying company technology, and prioritizing tasks.
Client Service Representative Position Competencies:

Client Service Representative Duties and Responsibilities:
- Document client-requested services in an efficient and accurate manner within the company work order system.
- Throughout the duration of a work order, provide clients with timely and accurate written and oral updates.
- Obtain vendor estimates for submission to the client.
- Track materials and schedule final repairs with the assigned vendor partner after the diagnostic call.
- Correspond with and keep third-party providers, including technicians, up to date.
- As needed, work to resolve or escalate vendor disputes.
- Using the work order management system, use critical thinking skills to detect, investigate, and resolve client issues.
- Proposals should be created, negotiated, marked up, and submitted.
- Participate in daily team meetings with management to discuss workflow.
- Ensure that all necessary supporting closing information is obtained and documented to ensure the client's accurate invoicing.
- Resolve any NTE or billing issues.
- Take part in the on-call rotation.
- Maintain a positive attitude toward all clients and vendors while emphasizing customer service.
- Accept and promote organizational initiatives, corporate culture, and values.
- Other tasks as assigned
Client Service Representative Qualifications:
- One (1) year of Facilities Maintenance experience.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Outstanding organizational abilities.
- Task prioritization ability
- Resourceful and goal-oriented.
- Participant on a team.
