Position Overview: As a Pharmacist you will play a vital role in providing high-quality pharmaceutical care to our inpatient population. You will work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure the safe and effective use of medications, while adhering to all applicable laws, regulations, and hospital policies. The ideal candidate will have a valid California pharmacist license, significant inpatient experience, and the flexibility to work various shifts. Responsibilities: * Accurately review and interpret medication orders * Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care * Ensure the safe and effective use of medications * Monitor medication therapy for appropriateness, interactions, and adverse effects * Provide drug information and counseling to healthcare professionals and patients Qualifications: * Valid California Pharmacist license * Minimum of 2 years of current inpatient pharmacy experience * Strong knowledge of inpatient pharmacy operations and best practices * Proficiency in using IT systems such as Cerner and Omnicell Benefits: * Competitive Salary ($3,400/week) * Comprehensive health benefits package * Career development and advancement opportunities * Supportive and collaborative work environment * Housing provided if traveling Duration: This position is available for an initial period of 13 weeks, with the option to extend based on performance and mutual agreement.
