About this job
CCSN: The Center for Children with Special Needs seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our staff as a Program Consultant or Senior Program Consultant (depending on experience).
Primary responsibilities will include providing consultative support and clinical supervision to staff in educational programs for students with neurodevelopmental disorders and/or social emotional disorders in selected Fairfield County public schools. This individual should possess excellent clinical skills and can work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams in a leadership role to promote evidence-based instruction at all levels.
The successful candidate will possess:
- Experience in delivering, designing, and implementing evidence-based treatment to individuals with ASD
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Desire to work as part of a larger team interdisciplinary team of BCBAs, psychologists, occupational therapists, speech pathologist, and others
- Experience working within an educational setting is preferred
This position also includes:
- Weekly direct supervision with a senior or doctorate level BCBA
- Weekly participation in clinical teams and group supervision
- Participation in center-based professional development for Type 2 CEs

The successful candidate will receive full CCSN benefits which includes the following: competitive salary, medical/dental, paid time off, life insurance, long-term and short-term disability insurance, and retirement contributions. This position is a full-time position (40 hours/week) across a 5-day work week that generally aligns with a public school schedule, inclusive of extended school year services.
