Warehouse Leads provide front-line scheduling, training and direction for warehouse associates and drivers in order to keep Safelite on the move. They support the teams by picking and processing orders, replenishing stock, and loading company delivery and service vehicles. Our retail locations and Mobile Glass Shops depend on these professionals to provide vehicle glass repair and replacement services across the nation.

What You’ll Get

  • Schedule: 4AM - 12:30PM | Monday-Friday, rotating Saturday (weekday off, Sunday off)

  • Starting at $22.50+ based on experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Coach associates on warehouse procedures, equipment operation, glass-handling, and safety protocols.

  • Evaluate current processes and procedures and recommend improvements for cost reduction and productivity increases to warehouse management.

  • Receive incoming glass and supply items, logs items electronically and assist with stocking and inventory to evaluate quality and verify accuracy of location and quantity.

  • Maintain a working knowledge of warehouse data systems and perform various tasks within the system.

  • Provides world class customer service and partners internally to resolve associate and customer complaints in an ethical and timely manner.

  • Assist with opening/closing of location(s) as needed.

  • All other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need

  • High School Diploma/GED/Equivalent preferred.

  • Valid state-issued driver’s license and truck operator’s license required; power equipment certification required.

  • Experience: At least one year of experience as a Warehouse Associate or equivalent; automobile aftermarket experience preferred.

  • Basic warehouse operations and inventory knowledge; preferably within the auto or glass industries

  • Knowledge of entry level supervisory principles and practices with demonstrated initiative.

  • Present a professional appearance and wear personal protective equipment.
