Full Time Registered Nurse Needed For Growing Home Care Agency

We are looking for someone highly motivated with an interest and an ability to become a vital member of our team. Freedom Home Care, LLC is a non-skilled home care agency looking for Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to visit our clients in their homes throughout our service areas (Anne Arundel County, Baltimore County, Howard County, and surrounding counties). Home visits will include:

• New patient consultations & in-take
• Health assessments
• Environmental/safety assessments
• Plan of care development
• Supervision of caregivers
• Caregiver training
• Patient and family education
• Monitoring client satisfaction, progress, and outcomes

Job Qualifications:

• Current state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Minimum one (1) year of home care/home health experience required
• Current CPR/First Aid certification
• Strong managerial & office skills
• CPR Trainer Certification a plus+
• Experience with Delegating Medication a plus+

Skills:
Assessment skills and competency in the nursing field
Knowledge of proper protocols for medication management
Knowledge of local, state (COMAR), and federal regulations

Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
