Maddens Brothers Market Manager - Full-time / Part-time

Madden's is currently seeking the position of Maddens Brothers Market Manager. This position will effectively monitor the daily operations of the Market. Duties and Responsibilities: * Delivers legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer. Discovers and responds to customer needs in a timely manner. * Ensure the follow through of opening and closing checklists. * Follows operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security, to ensure the safety of all partners during each shift. * Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality. * Provides quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards. Follows health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products. * Ensures store items are ordered and stocked regularly. * Follow recipes for both hot & cold beverages. * Participates in maintaining the cleanliness of the facility. * Assists customers with questions and concerns and locating items. * Retains knowledge of all safety and emergency procedures. * Pricing and marking merchandise and liquor. * Makes the market employee schedule. * Performs other duties as required. Education/Experience: * High school diploma or general education degree (GED) * Minimum 1-year related experience and/or training in a barista and/or retail environment.
