Private Practice in West Los Angeles that specializes in Oncology is search for a Director Clinical Trials.
The Director will be accountable for creating, executing and managing clinical trials. Candidate will represent all aspects of clinical operations and provide updates as required to the Executive Committee, Project Teams, Board of Directors. Lead & mentor clinical staff to support successful internal training and its implementation and serve as an advocate for professional development of clinical staff.
Pay Rate: $98,000 - $120,000 annually DOE
Location: West Hollywood, CA
Schedule: Monday – Friday / 9:00AM – 5:30PM
Requirements:
- Bachelors in Life Sciences, or Pharmacy; an advanced degree (MD, MS, MBA and/or PharmD) is preferred
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical operations development and strategic planning; developing, and executing early to late-stage clinical trials
- In-depth understanding and experience across the clinical operations value chain with a track record of success in study planning, execution, data cleaning, database locking, study report generation, and regulatory inspection
- Therapeutic experience in Hematology/Oncology coupled with experience with pivotal, multi-site clinical trials is highly preferred
- Experience in developing protocols, SOPs, Clinical Study Reports, INDs, NDAs, as well as other clinical, regulatory, and safety documents preferred
- Experience in clinical operations and management of projects
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Ability to travel domestically when required
