Requirements:

Qualifications/Requirements

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to make decisions and solve problems

· Ability to multi-task using multiple software programs simultaneously

· Effective communication and sound listening skills

· Proven ability to build customer relationships via telephone

· Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications (MS Word, Excel, etc.)

· Computer literacy and familiar with Microsoft Office programs a plus and be able to type a minimum of 35 WPM.

· Ability to type without looking at the keyboard, required

· CA personal lines insurance experience, required

· Underwriting Experience a plus

· CA Insurance License a plus

· Bachelors degree a plus

· Bilingual fluency in both English and Spanish (reading, writing and speaking) is a plus
