The Shift Manager position will create an inspiring atmosphere in a nontraditional concept through their unique leadership style, utilizing brand dedicated development tools and professional engagement toward all team members. You will help the General Manager and Assistant Manager, ensure that every shift operates smoothly by fostering a culture that promotes team member performance and supports daily training initiatives.


  • Drive sales and profit performance through engage and fully trained team members
  • Complete, review and analyze inventory daily
  • Provide leadership by engendering excitement, enthusiasm, a positive mental attitude, and commitment to company objectives.
  • Ensure correct inventory levels are well maintained and all equipment is in excellent working condition using approved vendors.
  • Set an example by maintaining an excellent working knowledge and a high level of proficiency in the performance of all aspects of each brand's operations


  • Diligently follow and reinforce food and general safety requirements and model behavior that protects guest and employees
  • Oversees restaurant training initiatives and ensures proper execution of training programs, inclusive of the Wing Certified Trainer (WCT) selection and program execution
  • Conduct pre and post shift meetings
  • Manages the balance of labor hours and service efficiency to meet labor guidelines without sacrificing guest service
  • Other duties as assigned


  • You have at least six months of experience as a manager within restaurant or retail.
