Soliant is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced School Psychologist for a full-time position in Ohio for the 23/24 school year. As a School Psychologist, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on students' academic, social, and emotional well-being. Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate School Psychologist to provide comprehensive psychological services to K-8th grade students. As a School Psychologist, you will assess students' learning, behavior, and emotional needs to support their academic and social development. This is a full-time position for the 23/24 school year, offering a rewarding opportunity to work within a supportive educational environment.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate students' cognitive abilities, academic skills, social-emotional functioning, and behavioral concerns.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop appropriate interventions and accommodations to support students' individual needs.
- Provide individual and group counseling services to students to address social-emotional challenges, behavior management, and conflict resolution.
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans and support strategies.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, including Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, to contribute to students' educational plans.
- Monitor student progress and provide ongoing support and consultation to teachers and parents.
- Support school-wide initiatives for positive school climate and prevention programs.
- Provide crisis intervention services as needed.
- Stay updated with current research, best practices, and trends in school psychology.

Qualifications:
- Master's degree or higher in School Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Valid School Psychologist license or certification in Ohio.
- Experience working as a School Psychologist in a K-8th grade setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools, interventions, and evidence-based practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with students, parents, teachers, and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
- Compassionate, empathetic, and supportive approach in working with students and their families.
