Job Description:Call Center Agent II
$19/hr. with Great Benefits
No Weekends or Holidays
(Onsite; Not Remote)

Summary:
In this role, you will respond to detailed, complex customer inquiries via telephone, requiring accurate responses and polished customer service skills.

About the Role:
As a Call Center Agent II, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to driver license or motor vehicle related customer inquiries.
- Identifying customer needs to ensure the customer is provided with clear, accurate and concise responses to ensure their understanding.
- Processing required transactions via mainframe or web-based applications.
- Adhering to confidentiality laws and requirements to ensure information is disseminated only to authorized individuals.
- Submitting self-composed, typed research requests
Requirements:
To be successful in this role you will need:
- A minimum of two year’s customer service experience
- Basic computer experience in a Windows environment
- Must be able to submit to a comprehensive criminal background screening
- HS Diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Desired Skills:
- Ability to neutralize callers to prevent escalation
- Call center experience a plus
- Customer service experience with problem solving in complex issues a plus
- Experience in a productivity measured work environment
- Strong verbal communication skills & reading comprehension
- Basic MS Office experience
- Some college preferred
