• Answers inquiries, received by telephone calls and correspondence from members, regarding the Annuity Fund, the Life Insurance and Disability Income Benefit and the Health and Dental Benefits Plans • Provides excellent customer service to our members, their beneficiaries, and employers • Offers and describes features of additional Pension Boards Plans to members • Describes the operations of these Plans and furnishes the members with accurate information • Explains to the members, the policies regarding enrollments, employment changes, death and retirement • Updates members’ records and billing information on the recordkeeping system • Completes other tasks assigned by the Manager or Team Lead • Interacts and follows up on projects for the team for grants and other support functions • Effectively collaborates and communicates with other stakeholders and staff • Participates in business unit team meetings and contributes suggestions and solutions to increase cooperation and effectiveness. • Actively seeks and applies knowledge gained from colleagues and outside resources and shares knowledge with others.
