In this role, you will report into the foreman/operations manager, serving as an integral part of the operation, and taking ownership of the shop floor. If gaining responsibility and taking the next step in your leadership career with an employee centric company is your goal, this might be the role for you! You will have 2-4 employees reporitng into you to coach and mentor while being hands on with programming as well.
This is a flexible 1st shift role (7 AM start) with plenty of over time opportunities for those that are interested on the weekend.

- Knowledge of G and M code
