BCBA - Center Based

Full-time, Monday – Friday, BCBA position is available. This position is an exclusive center based BCBA position available at RCS Learning Center (Natick, MA). This is a rare opportunity to be able to join our Learning Center as a BCBA.

Qualifications:

• work with individuals with Autism
• develop skill acquisition programs
• create function-based behavior support plans
• complete both skills assessments and functional behavior assessments
• proficient in staff, teacher and parent trainings
• possesses excellent communication, organization and time management skills
• must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Applied Behavioral Analyst (LABA)
• ideally have at least one year of BCBA experience
