The position supports the Marketing Management team to execute marketing campaigns across the Hershey Entertainment & Resorts portfolio of brands. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for all on-property marketing collateral and transactional emails for Hersheypark and The Official Resorts. This role works closely with Digital, Creative, Project Management and Operations teams to plan and execute deliverables.

Job Functions (Items marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this position):

  • Support Hersheypark and The Official Resorts Brand development and execution of Marketing strategies, projects/tactics and plans that drive demand to the destination.*
  • Coordinate all on property collateral and signage at Hersheypark and The Official Resorts. This includes FYI signs, regional maps, digital boards, in-room, on holds, front gate, and shuttles. Ensure messaging is relevant, timely, and consistent. Proactively plan, collaborate, execute on time, and weekly property visits.*
  • Work with Marketing Management, Digital, and IT teams on park and resorts transactional emails to ensure communication is relevant and supports overall goals. Ensure Hersheypark, Resort and Hershey PA web detail pages are up-to-date across experiences.*
  • Provide support on e-commerce program. Coordinate media flighting assets and details with Marketing Manager and Sr. Media Manager. Prepare daily proofs for review with Marketing Management team.*
  • Compile monthly marketing calendars to outline marketing support and track approved creative assets, by campaign. Stay informed of latest trends, competitor news, and offers.*
  • Assist Hershey Country Club team with any Membership communication or marketing needs.*
  • Assist with other projects as needed or assigned.*
