Job Description
Blazerworks, in partnership with local schools, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Hartford, CT. Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication challenges.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social success.
- Monitor progress, evaluate outcomes, and adjust therapy plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student records and progress reports.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current Connecticut state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience working with school-age children and knowledge of special education practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and families.
