Job Description/Essential Functions:
Work with various equipment to perform the following functions:
- Mask using proper protective tape to mask and unmask per work instruction.
- Manual Labor
- Sand using proper equipment (Da or dotco sanding equipment) and appropriate sandpaper grit
- Mix and apply various sealants and adhesives and ensure integrity per work instruction
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high performing, and inclusive environment
- Observe industry best practices for FOD, 5S, and material handling controls.
- Ensure that you are following all safety requirements/PPE
- Promote and facilitate lean manufacturing principles within an environment of continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- Requires minimal job knowledge/skills. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent with 0 to 3 years of prior related experience.
- Be able to read and understand work instructions in English
