Some LPN responsibilities:

-Collaborates with other members of the clinical support team to meet the clinical needs of the patient and monitor them

-Consults with RNs on care plans

-Documents appropriately in the electronic medical record

-Delegate assignments to the team assigned to shift

Qualifications:

-Must be an active Licensed Practical Nurse in Massachusetts

-Previous experience is a plus

-Must be adaptable to change
