Title: HR Analyst Place of Performance: Onsite in Washington, DC Period of Performance: One Year and Four Option Years Salary: Depends on Experience Required Qualifications * TS/SCI clearance with Counterintelligence Polygraph. * 3+ years of Human Capital experience. * Associates Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent. * Onsite support required at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, Washington, DC. * Ability to develop and maintain client relationships with professionalism. * Ability to execute tasks with minimal guidance and supervision. Preferred Skills/Experience * Experience developing and delivering support for Talent Management (Promotions, Performance Management, or Career Development) are helpful for this position. Responsibilities * Seeking a highly motivated Human Capital professional to support OHR Talent Management Team. * Demonstrate ability to perform strategic, technical, and administrative assistance to support OHR Talent Management communications, change management, logistics, training, policy, and program management. * Support of communications and change management activities to include development and dissemination of communications products and resources. * Support of logistics to include scheduling of talent management panels, coordination with key stakeholders, and providing updates to client leadership. * Support of training and resource development and facilitation for the internal team, program stakeholders, and client leadership. * Support of annual talent management program evaluations to include survey question development, stakeholder engagement, leadership interviews, consolidation and analysis of feedback, and development of final reports and recommendations.
