Currently looking to hire welders of all levels for facilities located on both the IA and IL side of the Quad Cities! This company is responsible for making augers for clients in the agricultural industry, such as John Deere and Caterpillar. Candidates with experience or are even looking for their first welding job that want to work in an easy-going environment and for a company that promotes culture are recommended to apply.

Job Description:

  • Welding and fabricating on augers in various shapes & sizes
  • Using tools such as power drills and grinders
  • Using measuring tools such as tape/micrometers/calipers to ensure quality of work
  • Performing work based off blueprints


  • Have at least a minimum of 9 months of recent MIG welding experience or more
  • Preferably a welding certification through a trade school or vocational program, but not required
  • Must be able to pass a weld test

Additional Information:

  • Shifts offered - 1st, 2nd, and weekend
    • Weekend shift will consist of working 36 hours, Friday - Sunday, but you will be paid for a full 40 hour week.
  • Optional overtime
  • Pay is negotiable, dependent on experience & weld test results
