Full Time School Contract - Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Full-time / Part-time

Blazerworks is seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Waite Park, MN for the upcoming school year. As an SLP, you will play a vital role in providing speech and language evaluations for children from birth to age 3.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for children from birth to age 3
• Assess and diagnose communication disorders and delays
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results
• Provide therapy services to enhance speech, language, and communication skills
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support the child's progress
• Document and monitor progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Attend team meetings and provide input for Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs)

Requirements:

• Valid certification as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Minnesota
• Experience in conducting speech evaluations for children from birth to age 3 is preferred
• Strong knowledge of early intervention practices and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
