Hiring for an EM Assembly role in Carlsbad for an Electronics Company!

Open to Entry Level candidates with great tenure and attitude. Must be willing to learn to solder!

Job Details:

6 AM to 2:30 PM $17/HR

2:30 PM to 11 PM $18.70/HR


  • Assemble, rework, and/or reassemble product as specified on applicable documentation
  • Verify accuracy of instruction documents (e.g. schematics, assembly drawings, bills of material)
  • Check work for accuracy, quality, and conformance to specifications
  • Use a computer for data entry and input of serial numbers into the mainframe
  • Package parts into kits for shipping
  • Label and package product including manuals and accessories
  • Inform supervisor or lead of work-related problems
  • Perform testing activities including current checks, burn-ins, and operation of Automated Test Equipment
  • Verify assemblies and subassemblies against applicable documentation
  • Verify Part Number, Revision Level, and Quantity received
  • Conduct routine electrical tests, sorting failed assemblies from passed assemblies
  • Record test data and results
  • Inform supervisor or lead of discrepancies discovered
