We are seeking a Wraparound Facilitator to join our team at our program in Harahan, LA.


 


Earn $21.15/hr.


 


The Wraparound Facilitator serves as the primary contact person for the family and collaboratively supports the development of the individualized Plan of Care for the child. Completes required training and credentialing process for wrap facilitation according to the curriculum approved by OBH within time frames required by OBH. Obtains wraparound practitioner certificate within 2 years of hire date. Maintains the wrap facilitation certification for length of employment. Demonstration of high fidelity to NWI standards throughout ongoing participation in wraparound fidelity monitoring using the WFAS.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services field, such as Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work

  • Minimum of two (2) years of full-time experience working in relevant family, children/youth or community service capacity​   

  • Must pass a Louisiana criminal history background check and motor vehicle screen

  • Must have access to a reliable, insured motor vehicle, with current, valid Driver's License

  • Must possess an understanding of child and adolescent development.
