About this job
GEICO's CRM App Operation team is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join the team to help manage and support Marketing, Sales and Financial Service Cloud applications in a fast paced and high energy environment. As a Salesforce administrator, you will work in a highly collaborative environment interfacing with many other teams such as Infrastructure, Architecture, Release Management, Application Security, and Business Product Owners to help develop and deliver critical Salesforce solutions for GEICO while transforming and reimagining legacy workflows and processes.
Required Qualifications:
- Conducts business analysis, discovery, requirements gathering, and participates in complex full lifecycle implementations (front end and back end)
- Mentors and trains junior team members as well as training peer team members to address skill gaps
- Self manages time and complete assignments with minimal supervision
Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
- Knowledge of Apex for troubleshooting purposes
- Knowledge of how to pull up logs and write up of bug root cause
- Able to mentor Engineer 1&2 positions
- Requires 5+ years of salesforce experience
Preferred Experience:
- Working experience in CI/CD, Git commands, GitHub source, Azure preferred
- Prior experience with object-oriented programming technologies like Java/.Net is highly preferred
- Experience with enterprise integrations utilizing MuleSoft or Event Based Frameworks is highly preferred
- Experience with databases such as MS SQL Server and Oracle.
- Experience with Salesforce CDP, Tableau CRM is beneficial

- Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (preferred)
- Salesforce Certified App Builder (preferred)
- AZ 900 Certification (required in 1 year)
- Splunk Super User Certification (required in 1 year)

Annual Salary
$82,000.00 - $185,000.00The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate's work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
