SUMMARY

As the Overnight CCTV Monitoring Associate, you will be responsible for the safety and security of our property by monitoring security cameras and potentially dispatching relative agencies for potential incidents. We have a entry-level position available that requires strategic thinking and a discerning eye. The ideal candidate will have strong multitasking and organizational skills, you will need to be punctual, organized, meticulous, flexible, open to change, proficient in time management and computer savvy. 

PART-TIME (16hrs total) Schedule: Sunday & Monday 10pm - 6:30am

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Following and complying with all OSHA and company safety procedures
• Operating and maintaining the CCTV Systems to include daily calibration and synchronization, time-lapse and video playback
• Ensuring camera functionality
• Monitoring activity in critical areas
• Conducting real-time video patrols of the external and internal facility, checking for real and/or perceived risks, criminal activity, property damage, safety hazards, etc.
• Operating and maintenance access control system to the gated employee parking lot and loading bay area, monitoring all personnel/vehicles entering and exiting the facility
• Performing a variety of administrative tasks including completing shift activity reports, ensuring all required procedural actions and activities are recorded
• Maintaining applicable security records, as required

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or other related fields
• Familiarity with security equipment
• Have previous dispatch knowledge
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Able to interface with local Fire and Law Enforcement.
• Able to manage difficult situations and people
• Guard Card preferred but not necessary

EDUCATION

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
