About You: We believe in hiring smart, good people. Our Litigation Department is looking for the right candidate to join their team.

  1. You will not have to market for cases, although you are certainly welcome to do so. If you bring in referrals individually, or through a referral attorney, you will receive a nice guaranteed percentage of the fee.
  2. We have a highly structured office with carefully thought-out policies and procedures.
  3. We guarantee a six-figure salary with a contractually binding written percentage of the settlements or verdicts you obtain. You will have a binding Employment Agreement that will be signed by both of us, which guarantees what you will receive as your quarterly bonus.
  4. For your litigation caseload (about 35-40 files, usually), you will receive a dedicated staff of two.
  5. You will not have to deal with pre-suit cases at all. Your practice will be devoted to litigation only. Even the cases you bring into the firm, you will not have to worry about, because our expert pre-suit staff will bring the case through demand and settlement, and all you will have to do is collect your bonus check when the case resolves.
  6. We provide a generous benefits package including 401(K), health insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and other great benefits.
  7. You will not have to worry about the business of running your own firm. You can simply focus on being a litigator and trial lawyer.
  8. We have a dedicated "intake" department, so you don't have to be on the phone handling intakes anymore.

  • Good Standing with the Florida Bar
  • No Defense Attorneys
  • Personal injury experience required.
  • Mid level of proficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook) We will train.
  • Case Management System - FileVine experience is also preferred but not required. We will train.
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of our organization
  • Strong time management, multi-tasking and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills and a high level of attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize

Education and/or Experience:

Juris Doctorate

Minimum experience is at least 5-10 years on Plaintiff's side with significant Plaintiff's trial experience.
