Hillcrest Health Services is looking for full time and part time motivated and compassionate nurses to join our dynamic team at Hillcrest Health and Rehab! We have day shift (6am-6pm) and night shift (6pm-6am) available.

What does a day in the life look like?
• Responsible for knowing the skin care policy and ensuring preventative measures are used to maintain the skin integrity of all elders.
• Implements quality nursing and clinical measures to maintain/increase elders’ physical/mental wellbeing.
• Monitors guests for changes in condition and coordinates care with physicians.
• Reviews care plan of each resident, making changes as the resident’s condition or plan of care changes and completes an admission care plan in a timely manner.
• Completes prescribed treatments and ensures medication is administered timely, in private, and per facility procedure.
What should I have to be considered for this position?
• Must be licensed as an RN or LPN and able to work in the state of Nebraska.
• One year of experience in a post-acute, long term care, hospital, or similar setting preferred.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program required.
• A dedication to enhancing the lives of aging adults
