We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Discharge Lounge team! In your role, you will be integral to our patients' continuity of care as you teach and instruct patients and their families as they transition home. You will have the opportunity to work alongside a close-knit team of 5 RN's, 1 PCT, and a discharge planner, that care for a diverse patient population. Qualifications: Experience and Education Minimum Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited registered nursing program
  • Two years of nursing experience preferred

Licenses and Certifications
  • Current RN license for the state of California
  • BLS and ACLS certification
