We're on the hunt for a self-starting Product Planning Specialist to join our talented team and help oversee the overarching product launch processes of game-changing technology. By supplying day-to-day support to the Sales Operations and Category Marketing teams, this go-getter will be heavily involved in the overall success of a product rollout-from launch initiatives and analysis to pricing and stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities

- Can you excel in handling these key responsibilities?

- Meticulously manage the product launch process, activity tracker, and internal launch activities.
- Diligently host Product Planning meetings in collaboration with the Category Marketing team.
- Provide thorough input on margin analysis and proposed Pricing Standards, perform target margin analysis for assigned products alongside Pricing Specialists, and propose pricing requirements to the finance team and factory.
- Implement new products and deliver comprehensive requests to the factory and internal departments, while also managing product changes, structure, pricing, and systems.
- Supply direct feedback on milestone and product management activities and distribute input and communication to factory Product Line Managers.
- Attentively update price workbook and internal sales ordering tool(s).
- Manage used and new assets and assess profitability of present equipment install base while coordinating equipment ordering and forecasting from factories.
- Form constructive connections with Equipment Partners and Service Providers and communicate consistently and effectively with Inventory Control, Planning/Procurement, and Logistics.

Qualifications

Does your background match these requirements?

- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business/related area) or equivalent experience required, as well as three-to-five years of related experience.
- Proficiency in Product Planning or a related role with the capacity to adapt and adjust activities to consistently deliver targeted outcomes. This includes the application of knowledge directed at practical issues related to more than one functional area.
- A positive attitude and a strong business acumen, along with a track record of commitment to excellence.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- An inherent desire and dedication to meet and exceed deadlines, prioritize tasks to achieve business objectives, and expand and grow within the organization.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
