Location(s): Bristol – Young Adult Support Program
Hours: M-F Flex 40 Hour Full Time
Salary: BSC1: $40,000-42,000, BSC2: $48,000-51,000

Responsibilities:

  • The Behavioral Support Clinician will design and develop strategies and plans to support young adults with effectively managing social, emotional, and behavioral difficulties for individuals with Developmental Disabilities and various mental health and recovery needs
  • The Clinician will also develop behavioral support plans for individuals with Traumatic Brain Injury- educating and training residential support staff on proper intervention plans and support assistance
  • Clinical Documentation and planning of all individualized behavior plans- collaborating with family members and outpatient treatment providers for a smooth planning process.

  • Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in social work, psychology or related field. Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree who are actively pursuing and in the final stage of earning a post-graduate degree will be considered
  • Must have at least two (2) years of experience working with a mental health population.
  • Other combinations of education and experience will be considered
  • Demonstrated ability to balance the level of autonomy inherent in the position with the critical need to work as part of a therapeutic team
  • Valid driver's license & vehicle
