Expected salary range of $120,600 - $134,000 per year based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401K.

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

Maintain the overall responsibility for the FIN Team and the FIN Team's work to insure that the plant is maintained in a safe, reliable, and efficient manner, in compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable codes and standards.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Supervises and provides guidance and direction to FIN Team Planner, and work crews. (45%)
• Responsible for the design and implementation of policies and procedures to the FIN Team. (25%)
• Informs and consults the Work Week Manager, Shift Supervisors, and Field Supervisors on significant problems and to facilitate operations support, when required. (20%)
• Approves return of work via the Work Week Management process that could not be accomplished by the FIN Team. (5%)
• Conducts annual reviews of the FIN Team and reviews work order backlog. (5%)

JOB SCOPE

• Provide technical and administrative direction/guidance to the FIN Team Planner and work crews.
• Interface with all levels of station management and Exelon Nuclear.
• Actively participate in daily crew briefing with team members and provide the operating shift with work information.
• Maintain the overall responsibility for the FIN Team.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Should have at least 8 years related experience
• Good communication and computer skills
• Must have proven leadership ability and management skills to the satisfaction of Senior Station management
• Must have completed a positive Leadership Assessment (FLS)
• Meet ANSI requirements for site Maintenance Supervisor
• Must have demonstrated ability to work closely with all levels of plant and company personnel

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Successful completion of core supervisory/management training and development programs
• 4 year or two year technical degree
• Possess a two-year technical degree with 8 years utility or related-industry experience 4 years' experience in the craft or discipline he/she supervises
