Family Medicine Physician

Dignity Health Medical Group - Arizona is actively seeking highly patient-centric physicians to join the Family Medicine Department at our East Valley Clinic in Chandler, AZ.

Opportunity Highlights:

• Outpatient only
• Mon-Fri, no evenings or weekends
• Flexibility to work 4 longer days or 5 regular
• Call is 1:8 or 9
• 36 patient-facing hours, 4 admin hours
• Avg 18-24 patients per day

Requirements:

• MD or DO Degree
• BC/BE in Family Medicine
• Completion of an ACGME accredited residency
• A passion for providing clinically excellent care 
• Must have or be eligible for Arizona State medical licensure
• Ability to achieve full and unrestricted hospital/surgical privileges at Dignity Health Arizona hospitals
