How You'll Make a Difference
You will use your extensive knowledge of talent development principles, practices, concepts, and theories. Building and delivering enterprise talent development programs, ensuring measurable improvement toward the employment relationship, employee experience and engagement. Achieving results bydelivering high quality talent development solutions in line with human resources and organization strategy.
What You'll Bring to the Role
* Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's or advanced degree in fields such as Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred.
* At least 3 years of progressive experience in the area of talent development with a global or multi-national organization.
* Experience working in an agile, dynamic, and customer-centric project environment.
* Experience with talent/HR technology including content development and blended learning tools.
* Experience leveraging adult learning principles and techniques to design and build engaging Talent Development solutions including training programs.
* Deep knowledge, practical experience and a track record of success implementing talent practices including professional development, assessment, employee experience and performance management. Talent development program delivery for multicultural or multi-language products and services preferred.
* Capable of building strong professional relationships. Key areas include resourceful, tactful, mature, flexible, and sound judgment. Ability to influence all levels across the organization across diverse cultures and backgrounds.
* Demonstrated success to translate human resources and talent data into compelling insights that convey a message and resonate with business leaders. Demonstrated ability to create and apply performance metrics.
* Demonstrated strategy execution and corresponding business results. Ability to balance other business considerations. Success in balancing service orientation with need for assertive or persuasive approach.
* Demonstrated acumen to interpret and apply policy in a consistent manner and promoting positive employee relations. Professional positive service orientation. Poise under pressure.
* Talent Development Expertise
* Business acumen and results driven.
* Understand the nuances of talent development across different cultures, geographies, and business environments.
* Strong strategic thinking skills to align talent development initiatives with organizational goals and objectives
* The ability to gather, analyze, and interpret talent-related data to inform talent development strategies
* and measure the effectiveness of programs
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with key
* stakeholders, including senior leaders, Talent teams, and employees at all levels.
* Sound advice and counsel; effective consultative and influence
* Facilitation capability 1:1, small and large groups at all levels.
* Experience and ability to deal with and maintain sensitive, confidential information.
* Ability and willingness to become thoroughly familiar with project management, the profession, and PMI in order to command the respect of the organization's constituencies.
* Proficiency in the business language for PMI (English). Multiple language skills preferred.
* Experience with MS Office required and advanced understanding digital human resources systems and tools.
