Position Information
The Senior Coordinator for Fraternities and Sororities is responsible for providing the vision and direct oversight of the Fraternity and Sorority Involvement Center and community at UCR; including assistance with University recognition, recruitment, program and event planning, major event management, risk management, accessing University resources, understanding and negotiating University policies and procedures, organizational development and enhancement, fundraising, promotion, marketing, and communication. The Senior Coordinator will serve on the Student Organization Team. The Senior Coordinator will also assist at various departmental functions and events. This position will support the Student Life events and the mission, vision, and strategic plan, which includes a focus on social justice, leadership development, and creating a sense of belonging for students.
The full salary range for $61,800.00 - $110,000.00 annually. The expected pay scale for this position is $61,800.00 - $73,850.00 or up to $73,850.00 annually. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.
Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff.
