CLEAN-UP CREW – Age 16+ - Part-time

This part-time seasonal position is responsible for providing our guests with exceptional customer service, following proper uniform standards, maintaining cleanliness of your work environment, and gaining knowledge of specific job duties.

Positions are currently available for employees age 16 or older who are available to work throughout the fall for Hersheypark Halloween and Christmas Candylane (September, October, November and December).

Job Functions:

• Assist the Utility Crew as necessary with maintaining overall cleanliness
• Pan and broom throughout the Park and parking lots
• Collect and empty trash cans
• Maintain cleanliness of stadium
• Clean trash cans
• Operate gas powered blower
• Push puddles

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be 16 years of age or older on the date of applying
• Must be able to speak and read the English language
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work for your scheduled shifts

Additional Qualifications:

• Must be friendly, upbeat, and work well with other employees and be able to interact with our guests
• Must display a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and professional image in compliance with the Hershey Entertainment & Resorts guidelines

Working Conditions:

• Must be able to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to work continuously throughout the Fall & Winter operating seasons including Hersheypark in the DarkSM and Christmas Candylane
• Shifts include 6:15am – 12:00pm (noon) during the Park season. 16 – 17 year olds will be scheduled hours according to applicable Child Labor Laws.
• Employees are subject to a variety of weather conditions, including but not limited to: extreme heat, sun exposure, cold, and inclement weather. Work is almost exclusively outdoors.
• Physical requirements include standing, sitting, and walking for long periods of time
