Sales Manager

Seeking sales minded professionals to disrupt the status quo. We deal face-to-face with business owners providing comprehensive benefit packages for employees. Positions are designed with fast track to management.

The Sales Manager will:

• Seek out and obtain new accounts using our proven worksite model
• Help develop, mentor, and coach agents assigned and recruited to your team
• Present different benefit packages to HR executives and business owners
• Handle administrative claims and utilize spreadsheets as necessary
• Consult with employees using need-based analytics
• Enroll employees using our proprietary enrollment software
• Attend leadership retreats and leadership training conferences
• Help drive company goals and objectives through strategic broker partnerships
