The Compliance Analyst position is responsible for tracking, monitoring, automating, and improving all operational platforms that are utilized in the hospital Environmental Services department. This position is located on-site at a hospital five days a week. A remote / hybrid-remote option is not available.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Execute initiatives to drive compliance results and sustain them at a high level
- Facilitate meetings, compliance reviews, and real time coaching on proper product usage and support as needed
- Automate and create reports to assist Leadership in accountability measures for quality assurance management
- Understand daily frontline and management workflow to identify opportunities in technology usage and overall compliance goals
- Continual push for improvement in utilization of digital tools to enhance EVS Operations
- Communicate compliance performance at all levels of the organization
Preferred Qualifications:
- Working Knowledge of Microsoft programs with an emphasis on Excel databases
- Experience with Power BI is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree
- Healthcare or Hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to educate and manage daily workload
- Detail-oriented and analytical problem solving skills
- Coordinate and organize resources in efficient and effective ways to accomplish larger strategies and goals
- Strong verbal and customer service skills required
- Ability to become proficient in internal and external data maintenance and analytics tools
