** Full-Time and Part-time Positions Available! ** 3pm - 11pm ** $32.00 - $39.00/hr (DOE) ** 4 / 2 Schedule (For Full-time LVN)
Our Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN/LPN) are responsible for the nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating our “Philosophy for person-directed Care.” You will ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident’s daily life rhythm; help develop assignments in coordination with the care partners; and keep each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction.
To be successful in the role, you would have:
- Current LVN/LPN
- Current CPR certification
- Prior LVN nursing experience within skilled nursing, senior care, post-acute or sub-acute care environments preferred
