About this job
Our family consists of my wife and I and our wonderful son that is over 20 months years old. We also have as part of our family a Nanny that has been with him since he was 4 months old.
We need a sitter/nanny that is willing to work with us to build a relationship with our son as he is only comfortable with the 3 of us with minimal interaction with external family and friends and no daycare interactions. So we know it will take time for him to get used to new sitter.
We live in Clarksburg MD near the Premium Outlets. We are looking for someone to come on frequent occassions to get familiar with our family until we are comfortable to have them watch our son while we are away for any of our needs/events. We will pay during 2-3 hour hangout sessions after first visit/initial meet. Then once a relationship is comfortable then we can talk more babysitting hours or schedule.
